HAMBURG, N.Y. – Hilbert College junior defender Joseph Gorman was named the United East Conference Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week today.

The 2022 Second Team All-Conference player from West Seneca, N.Y. (West Seneca West) continues to mentor his fellow teammates as they battle in UEC action this season. 

The 6'3 defender was terrific in a hard-fought loss against the 2- 0 league leaders St. Mary's (8-5).  Gorman was disruptive throughout the game recording a game-high six caused turnovers while scooping up five ground balls April 8th.
