Mission Statement:
The Hilbert College Sports Medicine team oversees the overall well-being and health of each student-athlete. Together, the team provides the highest level of care to each student athlete and follows the code of ethics set forth by the NATA. Keeping the athlete on the field of competition and playing at the highest level is the primary goal. In the case of an injury, the team's goal is to return the athlete to the field as soon as possible without jeopardizing his or her health.
The team is comprised of Dr. Marc Fineberg, Dr. Jorden Komm, and Dr. Tyler Pratte of
UBMD Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine and Dr. Laura Ford-Mukkamala of
Great Lakes Cardiology; Dr. Noah Hoy of
Hamburg Natural Health; head athletic trainer Rylee Haffey and assistant athletic trainers Hailey Lucas and Emma Kyes.
The Sports Medicine staff at Hilbert College is Board Certified in Athletic Training and have completed the required education from a certified institution.
