HAMBURG, N. Y. – The Hilbert College Hawks ice hockey team hosts their first ever home game on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 6PM at Leisure Rinks in West Seneca. It's "Hawks Supporting Hawks" night at the rink, as other Hilbert athletic and education programs are encouraged to come support their new classmates in action. Also, some players and staff from the Buffalo Beauts professional women's ice hockey team will be in attendance!
Some early season milestones that the Hawks are celebrating after their first 5 regular season games are as follows:
Abby MacNeil leads the team with 2 goals and four players have registered a point.
Hilbert's goalies,
Tia Card and
Cassie Troy, have combined for the 13
th most saves in NCAA DIII entering the weekend.
