Box Score FT. PIERCE, Fla. – The Hilbert College baseball team couldn't match the offensive power of Wilkes University as the Hawks fell in a 10-4 game this afternoon.
Anthony Wurstner went 3-for-4 at the plate and
Ryan Bonafede threw out three runners trying to steal this afternoon.
Bonafede, in only the start of his third season in royal and white became the program's All Time leader in the Most Caught Stealing category. He currently has 17 credits and moved two ahead of Jim Pernick who played for three complete seasons (2010-2012).
Hilbert returns to action tomorrow in a 3:30pm game against Geneva College. The Hawks will get a second-shot at Wilkes when they close their spring training on Saturday against the Colonels at 9:30am.
