Alex Karamanos continues to outwork his opponents on the court as he collected his second Hawk of the Week honor this season.

The 6-2 senior guard from Rosendale, NY (Kingston/Herkimer CCC/Ulster CCC) totaled 26 points, nine rebounds and sank 11-of-21 shots from the field as he helped his basketball team remain blemish-free in AMCC action.

Karamanos averaged 13 points, 4.5 rebounds, was credited with a pair of defensive charges in Hilbert’s 90-77 Buffalo Cup win over Medaille and in their two-point nail biter victory at Franciscan (70-68).

He was credited with 12 points (5-of-8 from the field) with three rebounds in the home victory over the Mavs before he closed the week helping his Hawks out distance the Barons by scoring 14 points which was paired with six rebounds (3 OR).
