Katelyn Proy capped her outstanding four-year career with another Hawk of the Week honor today.

The 6-2 senior tallied 27 points, hitting 50% of her field goal attempts and grabbed 12 rebounds while battling foul trouble in the AMCC Championship game. 

Besides pushing the women’s basketball team to their second consecutive AMCC Championship, Proy picked up an All-Tournament honor at the conclusion of the two-day Final Four weekend.

Proy averaged 13.5 points and finished with a 50% clip from the floor. 

The Hawks posted a 20-point win over Pitt-Bradford as Proy tossed in 10 points, grabbed nine rebounds and was credited with four blocks.

She closed the very long Sunday with 17 points in limited court time as she exited the game late in the fourth quarter due to fouls.  She was very effective from the field canning 7-of-10 shots and converted 3-of-4 at the charity stripe.
