HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Alleghany Mountain Collegiate Conference released the 2025-26 Men's Basketball Postseason honors this morning and a pair of Hilbert Hawks were recognized as All-Conference selections.
After a regular season title and a victory in the conference championship game, Penn State Behrend earned Coach of the Year (Dave Niland) and Newcomer of the Year (Jacob Dunkle) honors, while Preseason Player of the Year Trent Rozich (Pitt-Greensburg) was named the AMCC's Player of the Year and La Roche's Major Rainey was tabbed as the Defensive Player of the Year to round out the individual honors.

Larry Morse was selected to the conference's First Team for a second consecutive season, while junior
Jayden Montgomery was awarded his first career postseason honor with a Third Team nod.
Morse, a 6'5 forward from Endicott, NY, followed up his first career All-Conference honor in 2024-25 with another placement on the AMCC's First Team today. Amongst all NCAA Division III players, Morse finished the campaign tied for 11th in both field goal percentage (61.49) and double doubles (11 total). Morse also ranked 14th nationally in made FG (206). Through the regular season, Morse led the AMCC in overall field goals made (206) and field goal percentage (61.49). He also finished second in points (470), points per game (18.8), offensive rebounds (80), total rebounds (208) and rebounds per game (8.3). Defensively, Morse's 18 blocks ranked him fifth in the conference. Morse began the season earning a spot on the 15th Annual Hawks vs Hunger Tournament All-Tournament Team in November and was named AMCC Player of the three times during the year.
Montgomery, the NCAA Division III leader in assists (175 total) through the regular season, was honored as an AMCC Third Teamer after his first season with the Hawks. The 6'2 point guard from Nashua, NH ended the season tied for first nationally in assists per game (7.0), and 26th nationally in assist to turnover ratio (2.7). Montgomery was first in the AMCC in overall assists, second in assist to turnover ratio (2.7), fourth in steals (49) and seventh in blocks (15). He was a one-time AMCC Player of the Week and his 187 total assists this season set a new Hilbert single-season record.
