The 2025-26 Women's Bowling roster, the largest squad in program history, features a mix of youth and experience with five freshmen joining six talented and experienced upperclassmen.

Jenna Angle and
Paige Angle were each named as players to watch in the AMCC Preseason Poll that predicted the Hawks to finished tied for third in the conference, the highest preseason prediction in program history.
Jenna Angle is coming off a record-setting 2024-25 campaign that saw her earn Hilbert College Female Athlete of the Year Honors.
The 5-foot-3 right-handed bowler from Lackawanna, N.Y. became the first women's bowler in Hilbert history to earn Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) All-Conference honors, earning a spot on the Second Team. Angle also propelled the Hawks to a third-place finish at the AMCC Championship, the highest in program history.
Angle led the team with a 177.9 traditional average and was the top individual scorer in five of eight weekend matches. She set a new single-match program record with a 255 game at the Niagara Brunswick Spring Classic and was named the AMCC Bowler of the Week on November 27.
Paige Angle finished last season with a 159.8 average, and her career-high 221 in the AMCC Championship match placed her on the AMCC All-Tournament Team, making her the first Hawk to do so.

The Hawks will face many familiar opponents this winter, with the exciting addition of a highly competitive three-day event in Michigan.
Hilbert opens the fall campaign with a return to the Grapevine Classic in early October, followed by a challenging November slate.
The Hawks will compete at Classic Lanes in the Niagara Brunswick Fall Classic during the first weekend of November. They then head to Pittsburgh for back-to-back one-day tournaments: the Bro. Pat Lacey Memorial hosted by Saint Vincent College on November 8, and the Unicorn Invitational hosted by La Roche University the following day.
On November 15–16, Hilbert will join seven other league schools at the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Baker Round Robin tournament. They'll wrap up the fall semester by hosting the program's inaugural two-day Hammer Classic at Classic Lanes in Kenmore.
The new year begins with the Hawks competing at the DIII National Bowling Invite in Lansing, Michigan, from January 23-25.
In February, Hilbert travels to Reading, Pennsylvania, for the AMCC Traditional Round Robin tournament (February 7–8), followed by a return to the Niagara Brunswick Spring Classic the next weekend.
The regular season concludes at the Buffalo Blizzard Cup on March 1 (Town Edge Lanes), where Hilbert will face off against local Western New York teams.
Postseason action will take place March 20–22, as the Hawks compete in the AMCC Mega Match Championship Tournament at Pine Plaza Lanes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
COACHING / SUPPORT STAFF
Andy Rettig and
Sara Snyder enter their second season as co-head coaches of the Hilbert Bowling Program.
Rettig and Snyder led the Hawks to the first AMCC Postseason berth in program history a year ago. In the playoffs, Hilbert beat Penn State Behrend and Pitt Bradford en route to a third-place finish in the conference, the highest in team history.
The Hawks also set a new traditional game record (911) vs William Smith and a Baker game record (904) against Bradford under the guidance of Rettig and Snyder.
Jessica Hoffman, Ed.D. will support the bowling program by serving as the team's Faculty Team Advisor. She is an additional source of academic support and serves as a resource regarding academic issues for the bowling student-athletes and coaches. Dr. Hoffman's association with the department also creates a communication link between faculty, student-athletes, and coaches.
