Gawlak '20 was a standout three-sport athlete during her four-year career at Hilbert College, earning eight varsity letters while excelling on the basketball court and lacrosse field. A native of South Buffalo, Gawlak was named a D3hoops.com All-Great Lakes Region All-Star and was recognized as the 2020 AMCC Women's Basketball Player of the Year. She became the program's all-time leader in points and games played, set a single-game scoring record with 40 points, and helped lead the women's basketball team to consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances following back-to-back AMCC championships. Over her career, Gawlak earned three AMCC All-Conference honors, was a three-time selection to the AMCC All-Sportsmanship Team and twice made the AMCC All-Tournament Team. Gawlak was a two-year forward on the soccer team but she made an immediate impact in lacrosse, leading NCAA Division III in 2017 with 10.93 draw controls per game. Despite playing only one season, she remains ranked second in five offensive statistical categories. The right-handed attacker was named the AMCC Newcomer of the Year and earned both AMCC First Team and NEAC Second Team honors.

Martineau '20 was a cornerstone of the men's basketball program during his four years at Hilbert. The 5'10" guard from Orlando, Florida, was named the AMCC Newcomer of the Year in 2017 and followed that with three consecutive All-Conference selections and two AMCC All-Tournament Team honors. Martineau led the AMCC in assists each year and ranked nationally in Division III throughout his career. He graduated as Hilbert's all-time assist leader with 693, averaging 6.7 assists, 11.5 points, and 5.6 rebounds per game. Notably, Martineau recorded three career triple-doubles and helped guide the Hawks to three postseason appearances. In 2020, he was named the USBWA National Division III Player of the Week. Uncommonly dominant on the boards for a point guard, he still ranks third in defensive rebounds and fourth in total rebounds in program history.

Repine '20 was a versatile, multi-sport athlete who earned 11 varsity letters across volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse. The Sinclairville, N.Y. native made a significant impact on the hardwood, earning two AMCC All-Conference selections and two AMCC All-Tournament Team nods while helping the women's basketball team reach back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. During her four-year tenure, the team posted an impressive 74-35 overall record (55-19 AMCC) and she was twice named an All-Conference player.  She graduated with a 10.3 points and 7.1 career averages. Repine also picked up lacrosse as a rookie and quickly emerged as a standout goalkeeper. In just two seasons, she became the program's all-time leader in wins and saves, leading the NEAC in saves in 2017. On the volleyball court, the 5'11" middle hitter graduated as the program leader in block assists and total blocks and remains ranked in seven statistical categories.

Stark '15 was the driving force behind the resurgence of the men's basketball program in the early 2010s. The 5'11" guard from Queens, N.Y. was a two-time AMCC All-Conference selection and earned back-to-back First Team All-American honors from the Jewish Sports Review. After graduation, he played three seasons professionally overseas. Stark led the Hawks to their first AMCC regular season title and guided the team to four straight AMCC postseason appearances, including two conference title games in 2014 and 2015. During his career, the team compiled a 77-32 overall record (51-21 AMCC). Stark holds the program record for games played (109) and boasts an impressive 84.7% free throw percentage (233-275). He set a single-game record with 15 assists against Medaille in 2015 and finished his career averaging 11.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game.
