  AMCC MEN'S LACROSSE HISTORY

• In an effort to recognize men's lacrosse in the AMCC league, the conference hosted a Showcase Tournament in 2017.  The five AMCC institutions competing at that time, Alfred State, Franciscan, Hilbert, La Roche, and Medaille, sponsored men's lacrosse but Hilbert and Medaille were competing as associate members in the United East Conference, while Alfred State, Franciscan and La Roche were competing as independent institutions not affiliated with any conference. At the conclusion of that season, only four teams advanced to the Showcase Tournament.  The Hawks recorded a 27-1 victory over Medaille in the opening game and then took a 13-3 win over Alfred State College to capture the first, and only, Showcase trophy.
• Finally, in 2025, the AMCC league was able to create a Men's Lacrosse conference schedule with Alfred State, Hilbert, La Roche, and Pitt-Bradford competing for the very first AMCC Conference Championship title.
