HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) announced its 2024 Men's Volleyball Individual Award Winners and the All-Conference selections, honoring the top 21 players in the league as voted by the ten conference head coaches.

Brad Converse was named to the Second Team All-Conference, giving the Outside Hitter a repeat honor in his third year of competition.
Saint Vincent College's Shawn McSwinggen was named the 2024 Player of the Year. Owen Kelly from Geneva College was tabbed the Newcomer of the Year, and Kate McCauley from Saint Vincent garnered the AMCC Coach of the Year award.
For the second year in a row, Converse was a leader in most of Hilbert's offensive categories. The Starpoint High School graduate recorded 273 points, 226 kills, earned a team-best 33 service aces and was second on the team with 152 digs. Converse also chipped in 44 assists, and 15 blocks (8 solo). He finished his junior campaign averaging 3.41 points, 2.83 kills and 1.90 digs per set.
The 6-0 Outside Hitter was one of two Hawk players to compete in 24 matches this spring but was the only Hawk to play in 80 sets during the 2024 season.
Converse closed the regular season ranked 1st in the AMCC in service aces (17) / service aces per set (0.52), and third in kills (110), points (131.5) points per set (4.00).
