HAMBURG, N.Y. – Hilbert College Athletics is pleased announce the 2022-23 Men's Basketball Game Schedule.

The Hawks open the year hosting the program's 13th Annual Hawks Against Hunger Tip-Off Tournament  in the Hafner Recreation Center under the leadership of veteran head coach Rob deGrandpre.  In his 20th season on the sidelines, Coach deGrandpre welcomes SUNY Morrisville, RPI and SUNY Potsdam November 11th to the Hamburg campus for the two-day tournament which raises money for the Buffalo City Mission.

The men's team will host five home non-conference contests before they tackle the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference portion of their winter schedule.  The Hawks clash against every league opponent in a home and away situation which finalizes their 25-game schedule.

New this winter, all AMCC mid-week double headers have been separated to single games with each campus hosting a 7:00 pm contest.

The Hawks return 13 veterans to the hardwood and welcome a half dozen rookies to the team as they begin their quest for postseason action when AMCC postseason action begins in late February 2023.

Professor John Reinholz returns as the team's Faculty Team Advisor and will continue to assist the coaching staff and student-athletes with academic matters and concerns.
