Box Score AURORA, N.Y. – Hilbert College finished their second match this week hitting in the positive, but the Hawks suffered a 3-0 non-conference defeat at Wells College in women's volleyball.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Express emerged with a 3-0 match victory earning set scores of 25-13, 27-25 and 25-12.
• The Hawks played their most competitive set of the season, taking Wells to extra points before falling by two.  There were 19 ties and 10 lead changes between the two teams.

GAME NOTES

• The Hawks finished the match with a positive attack percent in each set and collected their highest kill total of the season.
• Ashley Page earned team-high honors with six kills, nine assists and added one block solo.
• Kayleigh Chudoba reached for 11 digs and Maria Spinelli posted two block solos.

Hilbert has a few days off before they battle in another AMCC road game.  The Hawks will be at Pitt-Greensburg Saturday, October 16.
