Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. - The Hilbert College men's lacrosse team slipped in their first game of 2019 when they fell in defeat to DeSales University this afternoon.

The Bulldogs, who improved to 4-0, dominated the ground game and limited Hilbert's offensive attacks as they have been practicing and playing outdoors much longer than the Hawks this spring.

Senior goalie Elijah Ryan was credited with 25 saves as his side of the field saw most of the action from a team which had received national recognition for their fast start this year.

Junior Edward Mathias and freshman Drew Werner tallied the two Hilbert scores.
