Zy'Mere Covington (Buffalo, NY/Hutch Tech) became the first Hilbert men's field athlete to record double digit scoring in a one-day track meet, scoring 1/3 of the Hawks 34 points. 

The 5-6 freshman track and field competitor earned the program's highest individual finish – a second place finish which scored 10 points in the triple jump at the University Of Buffalo Alumni Invite April 20th.  After leaping 13.00M in the triple jump, Covington also earned one point in the 200M dash (23.37) giving him 11 total points and two new Hilbert Men's Track & Field records.  

The Hawks were the only Division III program competing in a field of scholarship athletes from Division I and Division II programs.
