The 5'11 point guard scored 31 points, pulled down 17 rebounds, dished 18 assists and grabbed seven steals as the Hawks went 2-0. Martineau averaged 15.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 9.0 assists and 3.5 steals in Hilbert's 86-72 sweep against D'Youville and the 70-68 win over the Mounties.
The Orlando, FL (Timber Creek) native shot 7-for-10 from the floor and 3-for-3 (17 points) February 5 while dishing eight assists in addition to five steals and five rebounds.
He posted his third-career triple double against Mt. Aloysius after drilling the Mounties for 14 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in 36 minutes of action.
Martineau is ranked 11th in the AMCC in scoring (15.5), 16th in rebounding (6.0) and, for the fourth season in a row, leads the league in assists per game (7.1) and total assists (150).
