Ashley Schroeder earned her fifth Hawk of the Week honor this season on February 7.

The 5-7 point guard from Caledonia, MN (Caledonia) was instrumental in Hilbert’s success last week as she led the Hawks to a 1-1 slate.  Schroeder tallied 46 points, 13 rebounds in 72 minutes in the 62-51 victory over Alfred State and the 78-42 loss to Penn State Behrend.

Schroeder dominated both ends of the court in the Hawks’ impressive home court victory over Alfred State. She posted her career-high 36 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, was credited with two assists and two steals & two blocks on defensive end. She never left the court and hit 12-for-32 from the field along with a perfect 10-for-10 at the foul line as she earned her second consecutive double-double.

Schroeder closed the week with 10 points hitting a pair beyond the arc and added two defensive rebounds against the top-seed Penn State Behrend.
