For the second time this season, Matthew Domagala is being recognized for his discipline and strength on the cross country trails.

He trimmed another 40 seconds off his previous quickest 8K race this fall when he led the Hawks at the 31st^t Annual Mike Woods Invite at Letchworth State Park September 28.

The John F. Kennedy High School product clipped the finish line at 31:40.7 helping the Hawks to a 22nd place finish.
