Hilbert College Athletics

Joshua Schindler put together impressive back-to-back efforts last week to earn his first Hawk of the Week honor.

The senior from Irving (Lakeshore) collected 14 points as he helped lift Hilbert in a undefeated week of play.  The Hawks earned a 13-8 NEAC win at Wells and closed the weekend with a 27-6 AMCC flushing against Franciscan.

Schindler tallied six points after scoring four goals, scooping two ground balls and was credited with one caused turnover against the Express midweek.  The 5-7 attack then scored five goals and assisted on three others in the lopsided win at Franciscan.

Schindler is third on the team in points (25) and leads the team with a .862 shots on goal percentage.
