2017 junior ... named to AMCC All-Sportsmanship team ....named Hawks Most Improved Runner ... member of the AMCC Academic All-Conference team ... helped the Hawks post a new program highest rank at the AMCC Championships (#3) with a program All Time low score at the championship race (99) ...ran his fastest 5K race at the Meghan Memorial on Hilbert's campus Oct 7 ... his 21:59 placed him in 13th overall ... was a scoring member this fall earning 33 points at the AMCC championships with a 36:10 time ... posted his PR at the Mike Woods Invite running a 35:46.2  .... season results

2016 sophomore ... member of AMCC Academic All-Conference .. ran in all 7 races this season... quickest 5K at Meghan Memorial (24:24).... fastest 8K at CCOC (37:48.7) and ran 39:17 at Paul Short Run.... covered the AMCC championship course in 44:52.6......season results

2015 freshman... another freshman runner with great promise....competed in the royal and white in the first eight meets before nagging injury limited him the last two races... went from an opening 23:42.5 5K down to a 22:40 at the Meghan Memorial...his fastest 8K was at the Seneca Lake State Park (CCOC) with an overall 112 finish in 36:17.3 time... two other times clocked in under 39 minutes....season stats

Personal...was a four-year tennis player in high school... ran indoor track for two seasons and one season in cross country...received a Student-Athlete Award....played in the Kenton travel soccer league.... son of Joesph and Lynne...has one brother, Dillon and one sister, Marissa
