2018 senior ...2018 AMCC Academic All-Conference ... inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society ....   Given the Meghan Memorial Award .... ran six races .... paced the AMCC Championship 8K race in 47:10.55 and his 43:36.1 at the Mike Wood Invite was his fastest season time ....ran a 28:24 in the 5K Meghan Memorial race ...    2018 results

2017 junior ... given the John Kissel Outstanding Leader Award at the May 2018 graduation ceremony .... earned Coaches Award .... member of the AMCC Academic All-Conference team ... inducted into the Delta Alpha Pi society ... helped the Hawks post a new program highest rank at the AMCC Championships (#3) with a program All Time low score at the championship race (99) ...  race his fastest 5K at the Meghan Memorial (25:26) ... paced a 41:36 8K at the AMCC Championships and posted his fastest race of the year at the Mike Woods Invite (40:54.1) .... season results

2016 sophomore... 1st year athletic eligibility...member of AMCC Academic All-Conference ... race in all 7 races this year .... covered the 5K Meghan Memorial course in 24:44... and first race of his career at Fredonia with a 25:29.2....  fastest 8K at CCOC (40:35.2) and closed year with a 47:27.49 at AMCC Championship race.... season results

Personal...was a four-year varsity indoor and outdoor track runner.... two-year varsity soccer player...on the Section III Championship teams from 2012 through 2014...earned the Kathy Patlino Award in 2015.... son of Heath and Cristen... brother of Lauren
