2018-19 senior.. 2018 AMCC Academic All-Conference .... ran seven races  before heading the the NCAA Mideast Regional race .... paced the AMCC Championship 8K race in 337:28.79   and his 37:05.4 at the Harry F. Anderson established his season best which was just miliseconds faster than the NCAA time of 37:07 ....  ran a 24:34 in the 5K Meghan Memorial race ... .2018 results

2017-18 junior .... member of the AMCC Academic All-Conference team ...  helped the Hawks post a new program highest rank at the AMCC Championships (#3) with a program All Time low score at the championship race (99) ... earned a 34:34.8 as his fastest 8K race at the Mike Woods Invite hosted at the Genesee Valley State Park Sep 30 ... ran a 35:39 time at the AMCC Championships .... and fastest 5K was opening weekend at the Fredonia Invite (21:21.5) .... season results

2016-17 sophomore ...  member of AMCC Academic All-Conference ...ran in 6 of the 7 races this year.... posted his quickest 5K at Meghan Memorial (20:55).... ran a season best 34:00 at Paul Short Run.... scored 39 points at AMCC Championship race with a 41:09.48.... season results

2015-16 freshman....named AMCC Runner of the Week, Oct 5...named team's Most Improved Runner....twice led the Hawks to the finish line as a rookie runner....opened his season with a 21:55.6 5K at Fredonia and lowered his time to 20:30 at the Meghan Memorial race in October.... fastest 8K was at the Paul Short Run (Lehigh) where he covered the course in 32:23 for a 261 finish...collected 23 points at the AMCC Championship race to help the Hawks earn their highest finish with their lowest score... ran a 32:46.9 as the league's 42nd overall finisher... suffered through pain at the NCAA Mideast Regional race... clocked the 8K course at 37:13.6....season stats

Personal...ran in the 2015 Buffalo marathon....completed the 26 mile race in 4:01:12 .....ran cross country for two years in high school...wants to mention his extended family of support:  Lauren, Brian, Ayden, Jennifer, Tom and Sal.
