Hilbert College Athletics

Brad Converse (Wheatfied, N.Y./Starpoint) led the men’s volleyball team to three consecutive victories after opening the week with a loss to the AMCC league-leaders.  Converse averaged 2.17 kills, and 2.25 digs per set as the Hawks went 9-3 in set wins.  The 6’1 sophomore Outside Hitter finished the week with a .328 attack percent while also collecting eight service aces.  Converse recorded nine kills (.615) and posted four service aces in the Hawks 3-0 win at Wells.  He finished the weekend with .415 attack percent in Hilbert’s straight-set victories over Mount Aloysius and Sage while leading the Hawks with 11 digs in the AMCC win over the Mounties.
