Taylor Corts earned back-to-back honors for the women’s basketball team this week having been named the Hawk of the Week today.

Corts scored 38 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, dished five assists as the Hawks improved to 5-2 overall, going 2-0 last week.

The 5-10 guard from Wayne High School averaged 19 points, six rebounds and 36 minutes per game in Hilbert’s 50-47 victory over Oswego and 68-54 win at Alfred State.

Corts netted 29 points on her birthday against Alfred State and led the Hawks with six 3-pointer while going 7-for-8 from the line.
