Nathan Moore joins the Hilbert College men’s basketball coaching staff after a successful playing career for the Hawks from 2021-2025. Moore will assist with recruiting, player development, and scouting.
A two-time AMCC Academic All-Conference selection, Moore had a breakthrough senior season where he started all 26 games, averaging 25.8 minutes, 9.1 points and connected on 47.2% FG from the floor. The 6’0 guard shot a league best 45.5% from beyond the 3-PT arc, while also being a 78.3% FT shooter. Moore finished the 2024-25 campaign with 42 assists and 19 steals while finishing third in the conference in made 3-PT FGs (66).
From 2020-2024 Moore coached youth basketball players at HoopsLife Academy in his native Limerick, Ireland. In the spring of 2025 Moore coached in the Buffalo Titans AAU program serving as an assistant coach for the U14 program.
Coming from a strong basketball background, Moore’s father - Trevor serves as the top assistant coach of Ireland’s U18 National Team (2022–Present), where Nathan played from 2016-2020. Moore graduated from the prestigious Bridgton Academy (ME) playing basketball for the Wolverines from 2019-2020.
Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hilbert and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Administration at Canisius University.
