Colleen Kumiega is a Certified Counselor in the field of Counseling. As the Chairperson in the Behavioral Sciences department, she specializes in course work with the concentrations in Substance Abuse and Recovery, Abnormal Psychology, Clinical Interventions, Crisis Intervention, Developmental Disabilities, Social Justice Advocacy ,victims of Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence.
Professor Kumiega is the Internship Coordinator for the Behavioral Science department in relation to assisting and supervising students placed in a community program for internships. At Hilbert she received a Service award, Advisor of the year and Excellence in Teaching.
Colleen is an alumnus from Hilbert College with her Associates Degree in Business Management and Bachelors in Human Services. She has her Masters in Counseling Education from Canisius College.
She served as a Clinical Counselor for Baker Victory Services for over 12 years and remains peridium as a foster care visitation coach and assisting on various consultation committees.
Professor Kumiega has certifications in the realm of Enough Abuse through Child Advocacy Center, First Aid Mental Health for youth and adults and Trauma Informed Care.
Colleen Kumiega serves as a board member with the NEIGH Foundation, Family Promise of WNY Mission Integration Committee. In the community, she as a committee member on the Kids Escaping Drugs Face 2 Face program, WNY Anti Vaping Coalition, Hamburg Drug Coalition, Hilbert College Alumni Board and
Colleen teaches as a religious education catalyst for middle school at Our Lady of the Scared Heart.
Kumiega enjoys boating, running and family time.

Christina Clarke is currently serving as an Admissions Counselor, where she plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process.
Christina is a 2023 graduate of SUNY Buffalo State University with a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. She began her career in Admissions at Buffalo State, where she worked as an Admissions Advisor.
With a background in cheerleading, Christina brings her teamwork and leadership experience from her high school, where she spent 3 years as a cheerleader. As the lead member of her high school cheer team, she participated in competitive cheerleading, excelling in jumps and stunts, and contributing to her team's success in regional competitions.
Christina is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Hilbert College Global, which she will complete by 2027. This program will help her deepen her knowledge and further enhance her ability to serve students, families, and the broader community.
A strong advocate for community service and student engagement, Christina enjoys working with diverse populations, and her passion for supporting student success shines through in both her roles. When she’s not assisting students, Christina enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. Her enthusiasm for athletics and team-building continues to influence her approach to student support and community involvement here at Hilbert.
