She guided the Hawks back to the post-season in back-to-back years in 2021-22 and 2022-23 while developing all-conference athletes each year.

In 2023-24, Alseia Hamm was a repeat Third Team all-conference selection after leading the Hawks to a 4-20 (4-13 AMCC) record as they battled to an overtime win over Carlow while dropping  four games by four points or less.

Hilbert (11-16) went 6-8 in AMCC action in 2022-23, and for only the fourth time in program history, Hilbert made a Final Four appearance in women's basketball after they earned a First Round road win at No. 4 Penn State Altoona.  Two Hawks were recognized for their athletic contributions as senior Ashley Schroeder (Second Team) and sophomore Alesia Hamm (Third Team) were picked as All-Conference athletes.  Schroeder, in three short NCAA yeas, scored her 1,000 career point under Bullock's guidance and finished her career ranked 3rd in scoring average (14.1), and free throws made (303).

In 2021-22, the Hawks hosted a First Round game in the AMCC tournament with a 7-9 league record in 2021-22 and . Under Bullock's leadership, the 8-18 Hawks landed two players on the AMCC All-Conference Post-Season honor's list.  5-9 F Macy Kisner was named the AMCC Defensive Player of the Year and shared Third Team Honors with 5-7 G Ashley Schroeder as they carried Hilbert to a fifth seed in the 2022 tournament.  The 2021-22 team established a new single game record for total rebounds (76) and offensive rebounds (31) in their 51-33 victory over Pitt-Bradford February 16, 2022.

Prior to Hilbert, Bullock served as Presentation College’s Head Coach and Game Day Administrator for two seasons before making the move from Aberdeen, S.D. to the western New York area.  She guided the NAIA Saints for one season in the Northstar Athletic Association before Covid-19 and the pandemic’s ripple effects impacted intercollegiate competition during the 2020-21 season.

Since 2017, Bullock continues to work for the MN Heat AAU Club as the Scholarship Coordinator and Tournament Site Supervisor managing and balancing scholarship budgets for the 90+ team organization.

The Sac City, Iowa native took her first lead as a head coach at Iowa Lakes Community College before moving to Irondale High School as their head varsity coach from June 2016 until April 2019.

Bullock was also an assistant coach for three years at NCAA DII Adams State in Alamosa, Colorado.

Bullock, who earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, was a 4-year student-athlete at Southwest Minnesota State University.  She was a key member of the women’s basketball team’s Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championship titles that led to two NCAA Division II Tournament appearances and concluded with a Sweet 16 finish in 2002.  In addition to her 4-year membership in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Bullock also earned Scholar-Athlete recognition her final three years as an undergrad.
