2015 sophomore...named Hawk of the Week, Oct 19...named as the team's Most Valuable Runner...was the Hawks fastest runner in 8 of the 9 races he competed in... missed first race of season due to injury...ran his fastest 8K at the CCOC race at Seneca Lake State Park (30:35.6) and followed that time a week later at the AMCC Championship (30:40.5) for 19th place leading the Hawks to the program's highest finish (5th) with lowest score (167) at the league championship meet... collected a 1st place finish in the duel race Sept 29 in Hamburg with a 19:03 5K time....paced is 8K NCAA Mideast Regional race to a 32:21.4 Nov 14 for a 333 finish...season results

2014 Freshman.... named Hawk of the Week, Sep 8 and 29.... named as the team's Most Valuable Runner...ran in seven of eight races... opened with an 18:31.59 time at Fredonia...ran in two other 5K distances (both at Hilbert) and timed in a 18:07 and 18:22.... quickest 8K time at Behrend Invite (9/13) - 31:20.1..... ran back to back 31 min 8K at Genesee Valley Park and Roberts Wesleyan.... came back from walking boot to run a 32:24 at the AMCC Championships (36th place)... season results...
