Nine Hawks Named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams

HAMBURG, N.Y. - The 2026 Academic All-District® At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

Hilbert College placed nine student athletes on this year's At-Large teams, with Jacqueline Alaburda (Women's Hockey), Caitlin Conrad (Women's Hockey), Madeleine Cook (Women's Lacrosse), Brooke Kwiecien (Women's Hockey), Jewely Monford (Women's Lacrosse), and Paige Mullen (Women's Bowling) all earning spots on the Women's At-Large team, while Brendan Reilly (Men's Lacrosse), Jonathan Roustum (Men's Lacrosse), and Michael Pozzuto (Men's Volleyball) each earned placement on the Men's At-Large team.

Jacqueline Alaburda, a member of the 2026 UCHC All-Academic Team, adds CSC Academic All-District honors following a strong final season with the Hawks on and off the ice. Alaburda finished the year second on the Women's Hockey team with five assists, and eight points and third on the team with three goals while also recording 41 shots on goal and 39 blocked shots. She graduated this May with an English degree after raising her overall GPA to 3.59 with a 3.83 Spring semester GPA.

Caitlin Conrad also adds CSC Academic All-District recognition to her 2026 UCHC All-Academic Team honors this spring. Conrad tallied four points on one goal and three assists as a defenseman this past season. She also led the Hawks and the entire UCHC with 92 blocked shots and graduates as the program all-time leader in blocked shots with 176 in her career. Academically, Conrad completed a Criminal Justice degree this May, recording a 3.71 cumulative GPA.

Madeleine Cook wrapped up a historic academic and athletic career at Hilbert this spring as she adds CSC Academic All-District honors to her 2026 McGrath Student-Athlete Award and AMCC All-Academic Team placement. Cook, the 2026 Women's Lacrosse Team MVP, led the Hilbert defensive unit and tallied 11 ground balls and three caused turnovers. She graduated in May with a Forensic Science - Crime Scene Investigation degree and a 3.99 cumulative GPA after a perfect 4.0 this spring.

Brooke Kwiecien graduated after just three years at Hilbert this spring and adds CSC Academic All-District honors to her 2026 UCHC All-Academic Team recognition. Kwiecien, the team's most improved player, tallied four goals and led the Hawks with three powerplay goals. She also contributed 25 shots on goal, 30 blocked shots, and 55 faceoff wins. Kwiecien completed her Cybersecurity degree with a perfect 4.0 cumulative GPA.

Jewely Monford, a three-time AMCC Academic Peak Performer and 2026 UCHC All-Academic Team member finishes her career earning a spot on the 2026 CSC Academic All-District Team. Monford started all ten games on defense for the Hawks, tallying ten ground balls and eight caused turnovers. Academically, she graduated with a Forensic Science - Crime Scene Investigation degree and a 3.86 cumulative GPA.

Paige Mullen earns CSC Academic All-District honors, adding to her three AMCC Peak Performer recognitions and 2025 NTCA All-Academic Scholar Athletes honors. Mullen, the team's 2026 coaches award recipient, competed in 10 traditional matches and rolled in 33 games, finishing with a 163.4 average. She also threw 300 Baker frames and knocked down 5062 pins, finishing with a 16.9 Baker average. Academically, Mullen graduated with a Forensic Science - Crime Scene Investigation degree this May and a 3.62 cumulative GPA.

Brendan Reilly, a 2025 AMCC Peak Performer and 2026 HCLC All-Academic Team member, adds CSC Academic All-District recognition following his third season with the Hawks. Reilly played in all nine games, tallying one goal on three shots. Academically, he mirrored his 3.63 cumulative GPA with a 3.6 spring semester GPA studying Cybersecurity.

Jonathan Roustum adds CSC Academic All-District honors to his 2026 HCLC All-Academic Team recognition and 2025 AMCC Peak Performer honors. Roustum led the Hawks with 40 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers this spring while also adding a goal. Academically, he wrapped up his sophomore year with a 3.77 cumulative GPA while studying Criminal Justice.

Michael Pozzuto was recognized with a spot on the CSC Academic All-District team in addition to his 2025-26 AMCC Peak Performer recognition. Pozzuto, a two-time AMCC Defensive Player of the Week throughout the season, appeared in 25 matches and 90 sets, recording 105 kills off 427 attempts (.070). He added 21 assists, eight service aces, 217 digs, and 13 total blocks (3 solo). Pozzuto holds a perfect 4.0 cumulative GPA after three years at Hilbert studying Liberal Studies.

*** To support a nomination, each athlete must have reached various participation requirements (depending on their sport) while maintaining a 3.5 cumulative grade point average. 

The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

What is College Sports Communicators?
College Sports Communicators (CSC) was founded in 1957 and is a 4,100+ member national association for strategic, creative and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.   From its founding in 1957 until the 2022 name change, the organization was known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The organization, which celebrated its 65th year during the 2021-22 academic year, is the second oldest management association in all of intercollegiate athletics. College Sports Communicators became an affiliated partner with NACDA (National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics) in December of 2008
