Men's and Women's Cross Country 2026 Team Awards Announced

2025 Men's Cross Country Recap:

Men's cross country enjoyed one of the strongest seasons in program history. Thomas Roty and Alexander Scheer each competed in five races, including the NCAA Regional in Rochester.
Roty recorded a 16:44 5K, a new program record in his very first collegiate race, finishing third overall at the Meghan Memorial Race in August.
Scheer placed 24th with an 8K time of 32:32 at the AMCC championships at the end of October and 31:29.0 at the NCAA Regional Race
Roty finished 6th overall at the AMCC Championship, the highest individual finish, which also earned Roty AMCC All-Conference honors

2025 Women's Cross Country Recap:

Women's cross country continued to grow and develop as the season progressed, highlighted by the addition of exchange student Denisa Kaunerova, who provided valuable depth to the roster. Denisa competed in three races and recorded a personal best at the Canisius invitational.
Paige Gajewski turned in a strong performance by finishing 13th at the Meghan Memorial Race in august but injury limited her participation
Torren Meyers also impressed, running a personal best at the Harry F. Anderson race in September.
