BRADFORD, Pa. – Hilbert Women's Lacrosse dropped a 20-7 defeat at Pitt-Bradford this afternoon.
Hilbert (1-8, 0-3 AMCC) showed flashes offensively with four different goal scorers with
Madison Matuszak recording four points, but a high-powered Pitt-Bradford attack proved difficult to contain throughout the contest.
The Panthers surged ahead early, opening the game on a 6-1 run behind a dominant first quarter from Addison Molampy. The Hawks responded late in the frame as
Jacqueline Alaburda finished a feed from
Olivia Horn, followed by an unassisted tally from
McKenna Rice to make it 6-2 after one.
Pitt-Bradford continued to build its lead in the second quarter, outscoring Hilbert 6-1 in the period.
Madison Matuszak accounted for the Hawks' lone goal of the quarter, but the Panthers carried a 12-3 advantage into halftime.
Hilbert found its best rhythm in the third quarter, where the Hawks netted three goals.
Olivia Horn struck twice in the frame, while Matuszak added her second of the day on a free-position attempt. The Hawks briefly cut into the deficit, but Pitt-Bradford answered to maintain control at 15-6 heading into the final period.
Rice added her second goal midway through the fourth quarter off an assist from
Sam Accurso, but the Panthers closed the game on a 5-1 run to secure the conference victory.

- Accurso contributed a team-high three caused turnovers along with an assist.
- Caitlin Conrad led the Hawks with six ground balls, while the team totaled 32 in the game.

Hilbert will host their final game of the 2026 season when they welcome La Roche University next Saturday, April 18
