Hilbert broke through early in the fourth quarter when Kristopher Newman scored off a feed from Eric Capling at the 13:02 mark. Just under three minutes later, Nathaniel Dell found the back of the net on another assist from Capling to make it 17-2. The Hawks added a third goal midway through the quarter when Aidan Franko converted a man-up opportunity off a pass from Dell.

SUNY Poly added one late goal to close out the scoring.
