2025 ROSTER
The 2025 Women's Volleyball roster features 14 returners from a 2024 squad that appeared in the program's first AMCC postseason since the 2013-14 season. The Hawks will turn to a strong senior class to lead the squad both on and off the court this fall.
Offensively, Hilbert will look to replicate last year's output that saw the team ranked top five on many of the program's single season lists. Head Coach
Calvin Crosby's 2024 team ranked second in attack attempts (3375), third in points (1122.0), assists (771), kills (854), and fourth in attack% (.097), kills per set (8.80), assists per set (7.95), and points per set (11.57) in Hilbert history.
Jenna Revak,
Molly McKinnon,
Jessee Jonathan,
McKenna Rice, and
Michaela Rice all return for their senior seasons with the Hawks looking to enjoy more team success and continue racking up impressive individual accomplishments.
Revak (376),
Michaela Rice (338), McKinnon (176), and
McKenna Rice (164), have all totaled at least 150 kills in the royal and white while Jonathan sits third all-time with 1,086 career assists. A repeat of last season's kill total would see Revak reach the 500-kill milestone while also moving into the program's top five list, while Jonathan would move into second on the assists lists with just 87 more (has at least 500 in each of her two seasons).
Crosby's squad is also loaded with youth this season as the five seniors and lone junior (
Jordan Austin) are joined by eight returning sophomores and four incoming freshmen to round out the roster. The sophomore class (
Jazzelle McLean,
Jenna Yauger,
Mackenzie Mitchell,
Riley O'Neill,
Cora Norton,
Jade Schiller,
Madison Hoag, and
Meghan Balen) combined to total 162 digs, 140 assists, 49.5 points and 22 kills across 151 sets last fall.

COACHING / SUPPORT STAFF
Â
Head coachÂ
Calvin Crosby will guide the Hawks in his sixth fall season in 2025. After taking over a program that recorded just three wins in a five-year span, Crosby has led the Women's Volleyball team to 16 wins across his five years (four full seasons) in Hamburg. Â
Joining Crosby on the sidelines this season will be Kaitlyn Murphy and Julia Dorr. Murphy is back for her second season on the staff after returning to the Hawks last season following her graduation from the program in 2014. Dorr rounds out the staff after a three-year career at Norwich University.
 Â
Amy Smith, Ph.D. continues to support the Women's Volleyball program by serving as the team's Faculty Team Advisor. She is an additional source of academic support and serves as a resource regarding academic issues for the Women's Volleyball student-athletes and coaches. Dr. Smith's association with the department alsoÂ
creates a communication link between faculty, student-athletes, and coaches.
