HAMBURG, N.Y. - Hilbert College's
Kelsey Schlagenhauf was named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).
The CSC recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the hardwood and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Schlagenhauf has excelled in the classroom during her short three-year career at Hilbert College. The 5-10 forward from Oakfield-Alabama High School accelerated her academic career, will graduate this May with a criminal justice degree but will be returning to campus to finish her Criminal Justice 4+1 degree while concluding her athletic career on the hardwood next year. Through her five semesters at Hilbert, she currently carries a 3.96 cumulative grade point average.
*** To support a nomination, each basketball player must have competed in 90% of the team's games while maintaining a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
