LATROBE, Pa. – Hilbert Women's Bowling went 2-3, earned a 7th place finish in the Brother Lacey Memorial Invite.

Hilbert opened the day with a trio of close defeats before they rebounded for two victories.

The Hawks finished with a 773.2 match average after knocking down 3866 pins, while their opponents combined for a 795.4 average.

Ursuline, D'Youville and Saint Vincent set the tone early with wins over Hilbert.  The Hawks earned a 15-pin victory over Alvernia and got a revenge win over D'Youville to take 7th place at the end of the day.

Paige Angle recorded a team-high 186 against Alvernia while Brooklyn Hannah averaged a team-best 173 average over three games.

Hilbert, 11-14, will travel to Deer Park Bowl in Cheswick, PA to compete in the Unicorn Invite Sunday, November 9th.
