HAMBURG, N.Y. – Hilbert College Women's Lacrosse concluded their regular season schedule with a rescheduled game against La Roche University.

The Hawks hosted the Redhawks on Hilbert's grass field this afternoon after battling La Roche on Saturday in Pittsburgh.

La Roche swept Hilbert this spring in the Hawks' rebuilding first-year back in action.

Katie Kociszewski was credited with seven saves in the 18-0 loss.  Skyler Holzman was aggressive on defense and earned three caused turnovers and five ground balls.  Jessee Jonathan led with six ground balls and attempted the Hawk's only free position shot.  Samantha Accurso won a pair of draw controls while chipping in three ground balls.  Skyler Holzman recorded three of the teams seven shots on goal.

La Roche won 16 draw controls, were 4-for-4 in free position shots as they paced their goals per quarter running up to the 18-0 win.

The four team 2024 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Lacrosse postseason tournament begins this weekend.  No. 4 Hilbert will travel to No. 1 Wells while No. 3 La Roche heads to No. 2 Mount Aloysius on Saturday, April 27th.  The semifinal victors will compete for the league title next Saturday, May 4th.
