WATERLOO, N.Y. -  Hilbert Women's Bowling recorded their second win over the weekend on Day 2 of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Baker Crossover matches at Sunset Lanes.

The Hawks earned a 665-570 total pin fall baker win over La Roche University at the start of the day and then slipped to Saint Vincent (928-737) and to Alvernia (831-731).

Saint Vincent College was undefeated this weekend while Penn State Behrend, William Smith and Pitt-Bradford all went 5-2 with the tie-breaking calculations putting William Smith in 2nd, Pitt-Bradford in 3rd and Penn State Behrend in 4th. The Hawks finished in sixth place (2-5) just one win behind Alvernia (3-4). Pitt-Greensburg earned one win (1-6) over the winless La Roche Redhawks (0-7).

Hilbert recorded a 711 baker average while their opponents combined for an 776.3 average today and finished the weekend with a 718.7 average vs their opponents who averaged a 797.

Hilbert (4-26) returns to action next weekend in Lockport, N.Y. for a weekend series in the Daemen Storm Classic November 24 and 25 at the Brad Angelo Lanes.
