MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Hilbert College Hawks men's lacrosse team (3-8, 2-3 UEC) travelled to SUNY Morrisville (8-4, 4-1 UEC) today to conclude their 2023 regular season. The Mustangs took the win 19-2. The regular season has ended for the Hawks, but they have qualified for the United East Conference playoffs!

How it Happened: The Mustangs took control early and never looked back. Hilbert broke the Morrisville shutout on Ryan Davis' 15^th goal of the season assisted by Ryan Fitch late in the third quarter. Davis notched another goal late in the fourth quarter this time unassisted. Griffin Miller made 13 saves in the first half. Jack Scherrer made 12 saves in the second half. Joseph Gorman forced 5 Morrisville turnovers and Fitch gobbled up 7-groundballs.

What's Next: The Hawks will travel to top-seeded St. Mary's College for the United East Conference Semifinal matchup on Wednesday, May 3^rd, with a 1:00PM faceoff.
