HAMBURG, N.Y. - The Hilbert Athletics Department would like to remind all future Hawks that all NCAA and Hilbert College required forms must be completed and uploaded online prior to preseason training begins in August.

Each student-athlete must complete NCAA online forms, must upload updated medical forms and a current physical in addition to completing a Sports Information Consent form online.
