  • Penn went on a 3-0 run, scoring a pair in the second sessions' first minute after closing the opening quarter with another hit.  Kevin Doyle (Bitka) and Flynn (Blount) hooked-up for two more Hilbert points which gave the Hawks a 6-5 lead at 10:31.  But the Wildcats manufactured a 6-1 run before intermission which set the score 11-7 at the break.
  • After Flynn and Raymond (Liam Doyle) pulled the Hawks within two (11-9), Penn responded again with three consecutive scores putting the game out of reach (14-9) at the start of the fourth quarter.
