HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Hilbert College Women's Volleyball team faced off against Mount Aloysius today at 11 Am at home. They battled hard for but ended up losing in three sets.

HOW IT HAPPENED
· Hilbert earned a total of 28 points throughout the three sets of the match consisting of 19 kills, 5 aces, and 4 blocks.
· Hilbert lost the first set by a score of 25-10 but would see improvement in the second set keeping it very close until the very end which they lost 25-18. They would eventually lose the final set 25-7.
· A few bright spots would include Michaela Rice who led the Hawks with 5 kills. Katie Kociszewski and McKenna Rice would follow with 3 kills each as well.
· Katie Kociszewski also led the Hawks in aces today while jaden helbig picked up 15 assists.
· It was a hard fought battle by all the Hawks players from start to finish today.

Next on the schedule for the Women's Volleyball team is an away game against Alfred State at 7:00 PM on October 26th. This is their second last game of the season leading up to their final game on October 29th which is their final home game and senior day.
