ERIE, Pa. – The Hilbert Men's Soccer team traveled to the league leaders tonight and fell in a shutout loss to Penn State Behrend.
The Hawks continue to be in the hunt for a top four seed in the postseason tournament after their 9-nil loss to the Lions under the lights.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lions were on constant pursuit the entire game. Behrend scored the first goal in the 4th minute and then tacked onto their lead every 10-minutes or less until intermission where they held a five goal lead.
- The Hawks attempted three first-half shots, all taken by Christ Smith in the game's first 10 minutes.
- Behrend padded their lead with four additional second-half goals while limited the Hawks to two shots in the final 45-minutes of action.
GAME NOTES
- Penn State Behrend built a 32-5 advantage in shots and minimized the Hawks attack.
- Hector Harris and Jason Vullo were credited with both second-half shots.
- Logan Peck, who leads the league with 89 saves, finished with five tonight.
