ELMIRA, N.Y. – Hilbert College women's soccer dropped a season opening overtime loss at Elmira College this afternoon.

THE BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Both teams played scoreless soccer through 90-minutes of action which forced a sudden death 15-minute overtime period.
• The Soaring Eagles found the back of the net at 99:59 and claimed their first win of the season.

GAME NOTES

• Hilbert was credited with eight shots (5 on goal) while the hosts led with 10 shots (7 on goal).
• Freshman goalie Tahlia Kosek finished with six saves, one more than Elmira.  Both teams worked for two corner kicks each.
• Macy Kisner, Grace Zabawa, Hannah Brock, Kaitlyn Sobczak and Chloe Champagne all finished with one shot on goal each.
