HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Hilbert College women's volleyball team hosted cross-town rival Buffalo State College in a non-conference match in the Hafner Rec Center.
 
Before the three-set loss, the women's volleyball team honored their senior athletes in a pregame ceremony court side.  They congratulated seniors Jessica Cruz-Jackson, Abigail Elisofon, Kayla Kuzara, Ashley Page as well as fellow classmate Kayleigh Chudoba.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Buffalo State earned 18 service aces, 29 kills and only one block to earn 48 earned points. 
• The Hawks were credited with six kills and two blocks to earn eight points as a team.

GAME NOTES
 

• Maria Spinelli and Casandra Thompson led with two kills each, Ashley Page dished three assists and Thompson led with seven digs.

UP NEXT

Hilbert travels this Saturday for a tri-match at Fredonia State.  The Hawks will face the Blue Devils at 11 am and close the day with a 1:30 pm contest against Case Western Reserve University.
