CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. – The Hilbert College women's bowling team returned to Airport Lanes for the second time this winter and they suffered a pair of series of defeats to D'Youville College tonight.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Hawks opened the evening with a single traditional 5-person team match. D'Youville earned a 769-636 win.
- Victoria Kurdziel knocked down 198 pins to lead the Hawks.
- D'Youville earned an 834-695 total pin fall Baker match to close the dual match.
- Hilbert tossed a 130-127 fourth-set win, but fell in the other four sets (164-129, 183-157, 175-121 and 185-158).
- Kaitlyn Barone rolled a 17.4 Baker average in 10 frames to lead the Hawks.
WHAT'S NEXT
Hilbert (5-18) returns to AMCC action March 7
th and 8
th. The 4-5 Hawks will travel to Altoona, Pa. to compete against D'Youville, New Jersey City University, Pitt-Bradford, Saint Vincent College, La Roche, Mt. Aloysius, Medaille, Penn State Altoona and Penn State Behrend in team total pin fall matches over two days.
