Casandra Thompson continues to expand her value in the Hawks' volleyball program; she closes her career serving as the team's primary libero as a senior.  In five matches last week, Thompson averaged 3.59 digs per set which helped the Hawks extend rallies and fight for points at the net. 

The Arcade, N.Y. (Pioneer) native collected 61 digs through 17 sets helping Hilbert earn two set victories in the 0-5 week on the hardwood.  She added four kills, nine assists and three service aces in losses to Houghton, Alfred State, Wells, Utica and Potsdam. 

Thompson's most impressive match was the four-set, non-conference game against Alfred State when she was credited with two kills, three assists, two service aces and 17 digs.
