Josephine Ban earned her first Hawks of the Week honor after opening up her rookie campaign for the women’s soccer team with an All-Tournament nod.

The freshman midfielder from Hamlin, N.Y. scored the Hawks opening goal of the 2017 season against Cazenovia College September 2 and earned a spot on the Spartan Classic All-Tournament Team as Hilbert went 0-2 the first weekend of play.
