Michael Contini earned his first Hawk of the Week honor March 28.

The 5-8 LHP from Henrietta, NY (Rush Henrietta) tossed a complete game March 26 at Houghton College and, with the win, improved to 3-0 early in 2022 season.

Contini walked just one Highlander and added three strikeouts over seven innings of work while allowing only one earned run in the Hawks 6-2 victory in the nightcap of the double header road game.
