Elijah Ryan faced a battle storm in his first start of the 2019 season and earned his first career Hawk of the Week honor.

The senior goal keeper on the men’s lacrosse team survived the 17-2 drubbing to DeSales University March 5, but don’t let the final score scare you.

The 5-9 senior from Brockport, NY made 25 saves which tied the men’s lacrosse program’s Single Game Saves record.  After losing his starting defensive backline to graduation last May, Ryan stood tall in the net for 60 minutes and faced a program-record 75 shots from the Bulldogs who improved to 4-0.
