Adam Connelly churned out his personal best time last week and collected his first Hawk of the Week honor this 2018 season.

The sophomore from Tonawanda (Cardinal O’Hara) traversed the Roberts Wesleyan College 8K campus course in 30:29.4 which sliced eight seconds off his 2017 end-of-the-season personal best time at the AMCC Championships (Oct 28).

The Hawks finished 18th of 21 teams at the Harry F. Anderson annual race held in Gates Chili just outside of Rochester.
